All prices are quotes in New Zealand Dollars and include Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Once an order has been finalised via our App or at the premises, the purchase is deemed to be complete and connot be changed without the permission of the Duty Manager. The Duty Manager will determine whether the order can be modified. This may be possible if a change is requested in a timely manner.

If there is something wrong with the food or alcohol a refund can be requested on premises from the Duty Manager. The provision of a refund is at the sole discretion of the Duty Manager based on the information and evidence provided.

Refunds are not able to be provided via the app or website and can only be provided directly from the cafe premises and to the credit card the original payment was made from.
